This event is hosted at the Just Wild Barn, a tranquil retreat in the countryside between Bath and Bristol.

9:30-10:45 - Pilates mat class with Charlotte

11:00 - 11:30 Brunch and opportunity to ask Alice questions 

  • Start the day with movement in a Pilates mat class led by experienced teacher Charlotte, suitable for all levels.

  • Learn practical nutrition tips focused on longevity and how to build a balanced breakfast. 

  • Enjoy and be inspired by the delicious brunch with yogurt bowls, protein granola, chia puddings and warm and savoury options. There will also be a selection of teas/coffees and juice shots.

  • Set in the beautiful rural location of the Just Wild Barn, and a chance to wander the gardens and orchards.

About Dr Alice

Alice is a registered nutritionist with a background in medicine, she is passionate about many areas of nutrition

but has a particular love for gut health. She loves cooking and coming up with practical advice and delicious

recipes to nourish both body and mind. Alice worked for a number of years in the NHS as a doctor before

pursuing a career in nutrition and lifestyle medicine. She now has a private practice in Bath and works at Yeo

Valley Organic as their in-house nutritionist. Alice spends time delivering talks and workshops as well as seeing

clients for personalised nutrition advice.

About Charlotte

Charlotte is a fully qualified and comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with nearly ten years experience. Her

journey into Pilates was shaped by a professional dance career and her time working as a Rehabilitation

Assistant within the NHS. Charlotte is driven by a passion for helping people and strives to create positive and

meaningful experiences in her classes. She believes movement is a powerful tool to enhance both mental

wellbeing and long-term physical health.
